Yarn Line Team leader

Job Description

Job Overview: As the Team Leader for the PP Fiber and Yarn Filter Production Line, you will be responsible for leading a team of production workers to ensure the efficient operation of the production line. Additionally, you will utilize your expertise in machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and uptime of all machines within the production line. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise a team of production workers to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
2. Coordinate and prioritize production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
3. Oversee the operation and maintenance of all machines within the PP fiber and yarn filter production line.
4. Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of machines to identify and address any issues or concerns.
5. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
6. Train and mentor production staff on proper machine operation and maintenance procedures.
7. Collaborate with other departments such as engineering and quality control to ensure product quality standards are met.
8. Maintain accurate records of production output, machine maintenance, and inventory levels.
9. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
10. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the production line.

• Previous experience working in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in PP fiber and yarn filter production.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Knowledge of PP fiber and yarn filter production processes and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field preferred, but not required.
