FRP Production Line Team Leader

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to oversee our FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) Cartridge Filter Housing production line. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in FRP products and production processes, coupled with exceptional leadership and managerial skills. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading a team to ensure efficient and high-quality production of FRP cartridge filter housings.Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: Provide effective leadership to the production team, including supervision, guidance, and mentorship to ensure productivity and cohesion.
2. Production Management: Oversee all aspects of the FRP cartridge filter housing production line, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation to meet production targets.
3. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all FRP cartridge filter housings adhere to quality standards and specifications, implementing quality control measures throughout the production process.
4. Technical Expertise: Utilize your expertise in FRP products and production techniques to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
5. Training and Development: Train new team members on FRP production processes and safety protocols, and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.
6. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all team members, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
7. Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the production team, as well as with other departments such as engineering, quality control, and management.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement within the FRP cartridge filter housing production line, implementing appropriate solutions.

1. Bachelors degree in engineering or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience (X years) in FRP product manufacturing, with specific expertise in FRP cartridge filter housings.
3. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
4. Strong understanding of FRP materials, production techniques, and quality control standards.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
7. Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols relevant to manufacturing operations.
8. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

• Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Additional vocational training or certification in FRP product manufacturing are a plus.
