Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a Mechanical Technician with experience in maintaining machinery specifically within the PP fiber and yarn filter production line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all mechanical equipment, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and implementing preventive maintenance measures to minimize downtime.Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine maintenance on machinery in the PP fiber and yarn filter production line, including but not limited to extruders, spinning machines, winding machines, and filtration equipment.
2. Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
3. Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to the production process.
4. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including maintenance schedules, equipment repairs, and parts inventory.
5. Implement preventive maintenance procedures to extend the lifespan of machinery and equipment.
6. Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed to improve efficiency and productivity.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance activities.
8. Train and mentor junior technicians as needed to develop a skilled maintenance team.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician in a manufacturing environment, with specific experience in PP fiber and yarn filter production line maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance best practices and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.

1. Additional vocational training or certification in industrial maintenance or Mechanical systems are a plus.
