Job Summary

Provide efficient and effective day to day management of service facilities according to service policy and procedures
Guide all employees and ensure a high level of motivation, discipline and moral.
Guarantee full utilization of workshop available labor and resources to achieve service objectives

Job Requirements

GCC dealership experience
Demonstrated history of workshop KPIs achievements and improvement record
5 Years of Extensive experience in both Mechanical and Bodyshop operations of Automotive Industry.
Saudi National is preferred
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent Technical Diploma
(SCE) Saudi Council Engineer membership is highly required for Saudi National
Obtained a 3rd level training certificate (Master Technician or equivalent)
Knowledge of the basics of management and problem-solving techniques.
Knowledge of all the operations in the service department comprehensively and thoroughly.
Experience in using service / workshop manuals provided by the manufacturer.
Understand workshop safety requirements and precautions.
