We are seeking a dynamic Facility Management Business Development professional based in Riyadh to drive growth in our FM services portfolio. The successful candidate will identify new market opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and lead proposal development and contract negotiations to achieve revenue targets and expand our footprint in the region.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for facility management services in Riyadh and surrounding areasIdentify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networkingBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industriesPrepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and bids to prospective clientsNegotiate commercial terms and contracts to secure profitable agreementsCollaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless handover and service deliveryMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine offerings and strategiesReport on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and business development metrics to senior leadershipRequired Qualifications:3?4 years of proven business development experience in facility management or related servicesStrong understanding of facility management operations and service offeringsDemonstrated success in sales negotiation and closing large-scale service contractsExcellent client relationship management and communication skillsSolid project management abilities with attention to detail and deadline-driven mindsetFluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirableAbility to work independently and travel locally as neededPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related fieldExisting network of contacts within Riyadh?s commercial, healthcare, or governmental sectorsExperience working with multinational or large regional FM service providersProfessional certifications such as PMP, IFMA CFM, or equivalentFamiliarity with local regulations, compliance requirements, and procurement processes in Saudi Arabia.
