Job Description

Job Summary- Provide efficient and effective day to day management of service facilities according to service policy and procedures- Guide all employees and ensure a high level of motivation, discipline and moral.- Guarantee full utilization of workshop available labor and resources to achieve service objectivesJob Requirements

  • GCC dealership experience
  • Demonstrated history of workshop KPIs achievements and improvement record
  • 5 Years of Extensive experience in both Mechanical and Bodyshop operations of Automotive Industry.
  • Saudi National is preferred
  • Bachelor?s degree or equivalent Technical Diploma
  • (SCE) Saudi Council Engineer membership is highly required for Saudi National
  • Obtained a 3rd level training certificate (Master Technician or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of the basics of management and problem-solving techniques.
  • Knowledge of all the operations in the service department comprehensively and thoroughly.
  • Experience in using service / workshop manuals provided by the manufacturer.
  • Leadership
  • Understand workshop safety requirements and precautions.
