Our highly experienced Technical Support Team provide pre-job planning, delivery and post-job wellbore intervention support for our extensive range of technology products and tools for oil & gas industry.Partner with the bestIn this role, you will be responsible for leading the WBI sub product line technically and also managing client/customers.This role ensures flawless execution by leading a team focused on technical job planning, job optimization and on-demand support. This position is accountable for the service delivery performance for the assigned region and product portfolio as well as driving service delivery productivity. The position works in close collaboration with the various Service Delivery Managers within the region to drive consistency and execution excellence, while maximizing the revenue, cost and cash collection.As the WBI Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for: Providing leadership to the organization by inspiring commitment and engagement through setting a clear vision and direction Creating and executing product line strategy and goals to ensure compliance with policies and customer expectations Building efficient relationships with internal and external customers to provide a high level of service delivery Implementing and measuring KPIs associated with the product line to understand customer and market demands Maximising product line service delivery performance within the region Conducting readiness review of personnel, equipment, facilities to deliver business plans and customer expectations and escalate to global team as necessary Assigning technical job planning and support resources to work with Service Delivery Coordinators to develop job programs in line with requirements Actioning any deviation from KPI targets to drive continuous improvementFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience Demonstrate solid experience in Completions & Wellbore Intervention Have 8+ years of experience in WBI with at least 5+ years of field experience Show analytical and collaboration skills to lead decision-making processes in a team environment Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating teams to deliver successful business outcomes Show excellent interpersonal communication skills and listening ability Have thorough knowledge and experience in whipstocks, fishing, milling, etc. Have experience and understanding of HSE systems and enforcement of safety rules and policies Show a clear understanding of the business, customers and competitors in order to innovate value for our customersWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
