Key Responsibilities:Oversee pipeline welding operations on the pipelay vesselSupervise and coordinate welding crews and activitiesEnsure compliance with approved welding procedures and project standardsConduct quality checks and liaise with QC for inspectionsEnforce offshore HSE policies and participate in safety meetingsMaintain welding logs and daily progress reportsExperience:Proven experience on DELMA 2000 or similar DP pipelay vessels is mandatoryStrong leadership skills and knowledge of automatic and manual welding processes
