Job Title: Welding QC Supervisor – Aramco Approved CBTQualifications:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Welding Engineering, or MetallurgyAramco Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or CBT approvedStrong knowledge of welding techniques, standards, and inspection methodsFamiliarity with ISO, ASME, AWS, and other relevant welding codesResponsibilities:Supervise welding activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and codesConduct quality inspections of welding works, including visual, dimensional, and NDT checksApprove welding procedures, materials, and consumables before useMaintain accurate inspection reports, documentation, and recordsCoordinate with project engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve welding quality issuesEnsure adherence to safety standards and Aramco project requirementsProvide guidance and training to welding personnel on quality and safety standardsRequirements:5–10 years of experience in welding quality control or inspectionAramco CBT or equivalent certification is mandatoryStrong knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, etc.)Excellent analytical, observational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead a QC team and work on-site under challenging conditionsGood communication and reporting skills
