Requirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience in welding QA/QC, preferably in shutdown or turnaround projectsCSWIP 3.1 or equivalent certification (mandatory)Strong knowledge of WPS, PQR, visual inspection, and NDT coordinationExperience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial plant environmentsMust be ready for immediate mobilization and willing to work under tight schedulesKey Responsibilities:Perform welding inspections as per project standards and proceduresSuuport QA/QC documentation and reporting for shutdown activitiesEnsure safety and quality compliance throughout the shutdown duration
