Key Responsibilities: Review and verify welding procedures and certifications.Inspect welds visually and through non-destructive testing methods.Ensure welding activities comply with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations.Monitor welding processes and techniques used by welders.Document inspection results and prepare quality reports.Identify and report non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.Coordinate with construction and quality teams to resolve welding issues.Ensure all welding equipment is calibrated and maintained.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Welding QC Inspector in construction or fabrication industries.Relevant certifications (e.g., CSWIP, AWS, or equivalent) in welding inspection.Knowledge of welding codes and standards (ASME, AWS, etc.).Strong understanding of NDT methods and visual inspection techniques.Good communication and documentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
