Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications to determine the appropriate welding process- Weld together components using various welding techniques, such as shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), and flux-cored arc welding (FCAW)- Ensure welded parts meet quality and welding standards- Conduct inspections and tests on welded structures to identify any defects or imperfections- Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition- Adhere to safety procedures and protocols at all timesCandidate Requirements:- Proven experience as a 6G Welder or similar role- Proficiency in various welding techniques, including SMAW, GTAW, and FCAW- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications- Strong attention to detail and quality- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity- Valid welding certifications/licenses would be a plusSkills:1.
