Job Description

Your future role & Job Purpose: We are looking to hire Warehouse Manager, who will be responsible for but not limited to:The Warehouse Manager is part of the supply chain team and will manage the entire warehouses? activities. The warehouse manager will be play an important role in achieving the supply chain department?s goals and objectives.Key Accountabilities & Working Relationships: Key Accountabilities:

  • Adhere to IMI policies and safety standards.
  • Participate in achieving the objectives of the supply chain department and develop the warehouse?s goals, objectives and strategy.
  • Implement the warehouse?s strategy and ensure the strategy fully implemented in the warehouse department include warehouse service provider.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and implementing standards and procedure ensuring zero incident.
  • Manage the entire warehouse?s activates include and not limited to receipt, storage, issue, inventory level and return materials?etc.
  • Manage the warehouse service provider contract and performance and ensure compliance and the agreed KPI is met
  • Develop and manage the budget of the warehouse department.
  • Manage the warehouse management system and ensure system always updated with the accurate information and system?s process is efficient.
  • Manage the utilization of manpower, equipment and space ensuring high utilization rate.
  • Work with all the stakeholders including operations, logistics, facility management, asset management and quality to understand the needs and wants of end users and plan the warehouse activities accordingly.
  • Constantly work to improve process and procedures and identify areas for improvements.
  • Manage a group of the warehouse team and warehouse service provider.
Who we are looking for:
  • 15 /+years? experience in a similar role, Preferably has Shipbuilding/Rig building/ MRO/ Equivalent Industry experience.
  • Minimum of bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Proven record in operating and managing warehouses operations including receipt, storage, issuing of materials and inventory control.
  • knowledge in warehouse management system ERP and the work process.
  • Experience in managing third party contract.
  • Leadership and management skills with ability to manage, coach and motivate people.
  • Ability to plan strategically.
  • Ability to solve problems with focus on improvements.
  • Fluent in English.
