As a Warehouse Incharge, you will manage warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure the safe handling of goods, and develop strategies to optimize storage and distribution.Responsibilities- Oversee daily warehouse operations- Ensure inventory accuracy and perform regular audits- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics- Monitor and manage warehouse team performance and productivity- Ensure proper safety measures are in place and adhered to- Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of products- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments- Optimize warehouse layout for efficiencyQualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or similar role- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management- Excellent leadership and team management skills- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions- Proficiency in warehouse management software and tools
