Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell visa and immigration services to prospective clients.Provide accurate information on visa types, application processes, and documentation requirements.Generate leads through various channels and maintain a client database.Follow up with clients to ensure smooth visa application submission and processing.Coordinate with embassies, visa centers, and other relevant authorities.Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Maintain updated knowledge of visa regulations and changes.Qualifications:Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.Prior experience in sales, customer service, or visa/immigration services is a plus.Good knowledge of visa regulations and immigration procedures.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Customer-oriented and result-driven mindset.
