Identify and oversee ship supplies and crew change requirements and coordinate the purchases with the approved vendors for smooth delivery
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to develop and integrate a robust ship supplies and crew care product.
Ensure customer complaints are investigated/escalated to higher layer and quality assurance team to do the root cause analysis and propose appropriate solutions to enhance levels of customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relations with key customers, 3rd party service providers agents, port authorities, customs and other statutory authorities ensure seamless business support.
Ensure reporting on services provided, issues identified, and solutions offered to the management
