Responsibilities:? Managing the supplier qualification process, while coordinating with the Procurement Manager, to verify the vendor list coverage for each product class;? Defining, coordinating with the relevant Departments, the parameters and performance indicators (KPI) of service, commercial, QHSE, financial and qualitative levels of suppliers/contractors, proceeding with the collection of the related data, to determine the overall rating and ensure that the vendor list is managed and updated;? Executing, where necessary, periodic assessments and technical visits/inspections to qualify and manage suppliers/contractors, supported by the relevant Departments, to assess the technical-operational skills and other relevant figures, for contractual obligation compliance purposes;? Analysing vendor rating reports and, in the event of deviations, preparing corrective plans and actions ? coordinating with the Procurement Manager - to guarantee compliance with contractual obligations and maintenance of service levels;? Supporting supplier/contractor relations management activities˙Requirements:? 2/5 years of experience in the role in national and/or multinational contexts;? Masters Degree in Engineering and/or Economics;? Knowledge of the main Vendor Management methodologies and techniques (selection, development and supply base management);? Capable of carrying out market analysis and knowledgeable about the main procurement strategies;? Civil engineering skills;? Excellent usage of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);? Good knowledge of MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, SAP Etc, Info providers + search engines;? Fluent English.
