Requirements:Education:- Degree in Engineering or equivalent from an internationally recognised University.- Masters in business administration would be an added advantage.Experience, Knowledge & Skills:- 14+ years of related work experience includes a minimum of 7 years in a Regional / Country Manager position.- Extensive knowledge in Equipment Rental, Groundwater control and Pump Sales encompassing strategic planning, negotiating (with 5+ years forward focus).- Demonstrable management experience in a Construction / Engineering industry with high turnover and activity.- Determining budgets, setting of operational procedures, client and service provider negotiations etc.- Financially savvy and a politically astute leader.Ability to set clear priorities, delegate, and guide investment in people and systems.- Keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills, which support and enable sound decision making.Excellent team skills with an ability to communicate and work effectively across variety of internal and external stakeholders; a persuasive negotiator able to achieve consensus amongst differing opinions.If you are interested and available, kindly send your updated CV with contact details and notice period, you can apply via or send your Cv to my email.
