The Unit Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives and ensuring that they meet their sales goals and targets. The company was established in Lebanon in 1946, and has since expanded to operate in more than 10 countries, including Saudi Arabia.DescriptionDevelop sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals and objectives.Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and guidance to sales representatives to improve their performance.Conduct sales meetings to communicate sales targets, new products, and sales promotions.Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to develop promotional materials and campaigns.Manage the budget for the sales unit and ensure that resources are used effectively.Recruit, train, and manage sales staff.Evaluate sales processes and identify areas for improvement.ProfileExperience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needsExcellent organizational skillsAbility in problem-solving and negotiation6+ years of experience Strong leadership and coaching skillsExcellent communication skills in Arabic and EnglishKnowledge and passion for the FMCG/Food service line.
