Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise turnaround maintenance activities.Develop and review turnaround schedules, scope of work, and resource requirements.Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures during shutdowns.Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and operations.Monitor progress and troubleshoot issues during turnaround execution.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.Manage documentation, reports, and post-turnaround evaluations.Optimize turnaround processes for improved efficiency and safety.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Process Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 7 years’ experience in oil & gas or refinery industry maintenance.Proven experience in planning and managing turnarounds.Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and safety protocols.Excellent coordination and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
