Our Tubular Running Services team arrange technical expertise to meet our client expectation. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.Partner with the bestAs a TRS Service Delivery Manager, you will lead a team providing maintenance services to our customers field locations. Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations. You?ll mentor your team in their own career development and growth to ensure high-performance and collaboration.As a Tubular Running Services Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.
  • Collaborating with businesses as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity).
  • Ensuring execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and by developing Quality plans in line with our job cycle process.
  • Confirming that the team understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed.
  • Overseeing the budget and P&L for the area of responsibility.
  • Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans.
  • Following HSE policies to ensure safety and compliance.

  • Have a bachelor?s degree or demonstrate equivalent, professional work experience
  • Experience or in-depth knowledge of oilfield
  • Have a great oral and written communication skills
  • Have a dynamic interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Have effective organizational and analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal and communicational ability
