Job Description

The Treasury Manager is responsible for managing the companys financial assets and liabilities, including cash, investments, and debt. This involves developing and implementing strategies to optimize cash flow, managing relationships with banks and other financial institutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize cash flow
  • Manage the companys investment portfolio and ensure compliance with investment policies
  • Manage the companys debt portfolio and ensure compliance with debt covenants
  • Maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions
  • Negotiate financing agreements and manage banking services
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential risks
  • Prepare reports and presentations to senior management on treasury-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including banking and tax regulations
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies, including hedging and insurance programs
