Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

  1. Managing domestic and international air bookings for the corporate clients
  2. Responding to the inquiries from the corporate travel representative relating to fares, destination, refunds and add-on services.
  3. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
  4. Notify customers of passport/ visa or any other regulations that is associated with the client?s trip.
MEASURABLE OUTCOMES:
  1. Compliance with client?s corporate travel policies
  2. Compliance with company?s internal procedure for service delivery
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. POSITION ONLY OPEN TO SAUDI NATIONALS
  2. 3 + years working experience as a Travel Consultant
  3. Excellent knowledge of GDS ? Sabre, Travelport
  4. Proficiency in verbal and written English
  5. Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach
  6. Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic / international, business / holidays /group / individual)
