Travel and Logistics Coordinator A leading production company, based in Los Angeles, focusing on several areas of the entertainment industry is setting up a studio in the picturesque location of Alula, Saudi Arabia. They specialize in creating high-quality content and are looking for a dedicated Coordinator to join their team in Alula , which offers a unique and inspiring environment. Job Overview:As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing logistics and planning, and will be reporting directly to the General Manager/Country Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all travel, accommodations, and living arrangements for executives and talent who will be visiting the studio. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate logistics efficiently. Knowledge of Arabic is a MUST, as it will facilitate communication with local resources and enhance the overall experience for our team.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, for executives and talent.Manage living setup and accommodations for visiting personnel, ensuring their comfort and well-being during their stay in Alula.Collaborate with local support and resources to enhance logistical infrastructure for smooth operations.Serve as a liaison between the studio and external parties, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.Handle administrative tasks related to travel, including expense reports, documentation, and scheduling.Assist in organizing studio events, meetings, and other activities as required.Provide exceptional hospitality and support to visiting executives and talent, representing the company in a professional manner.Qualifications:Previous experience in travel coordination, hospitality, or related roles is preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages is highly desirable.Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations.Positive attitude, team player, and a problem solver.Must be able to start immediately and commit to a one-year term.
