The Sushi Chef will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and culinary skills to create unique and high quality sushi dishes. The successful candidate should be knowledgeable in seafood, and maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.Qualifications

  • Experience in Food Preparation and Culinary Skills
  • Knowledgeable in Seafood preparation
  • Familiar with food hygiene standards and kitchen safety regulations
  • Demonstrates creativity and innovation in sushi preparation and presentation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience with Japanese cuisine is a plus
