Travel AgentMonitor all corporate bookings, receive and action all reservations received from corporate andPre & post flight checks (queues), seat allocation, meal requests, etc.Handle of ticketing request from corporate.Ensure Accurate fare quotes and reporting any clarifying any discrepancies with respective GDS / Airlines follow Fares and Taxes.Ensure coordination with concerned department such as Meet & Assist or Forex etc.Assist other Travel Agents with Ticketing & Accounting procedures including methods of minimizing debit advice.Ensure all documents/ cash/ exchange vouches/ tickets and other coupons are reported on a timely basis.Liaise with Finance Dept. regarding refund / reissue.Maintain regular interaction with all agents with additional care toward major business generators.Attend telephone calls immediately incase preoccupied to advice callers will get back and ensure that is done.Maintain maximum retention use corporate deal with codes wherever applicable.Respond to all client requirements with respect to airline & service provider, sales and operations.Ensure service excellence to win customer satisfaction & brand loyalty.Ensure optimum utilization of all available resources, office discipline and adherence to company policies, procedures, integrity and work ethics are maintained at all times.SkillsIATA Diploma holder.Well knowledge in Sabre , Galileo Amadeus ..etcPrior experience in KSA / GCC is mandatory.The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of proven track record and experience within an operational role in a TMC.* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal relation skills and be customer focused.EducationDiploma in Travel & TourismJob Location Khobar, Saudi Arabia Job Role Other Years of Experience Min: 3 Max: 5 Residence Location Saudi Arabia
