The goal of the Transport Planner is to manage the entire order cycle for the enhancement of business development and assurance of sustainability and customer satisfaction.Client DetailsA multi-national and well-established food manufacturing organization that serves various global and market-leading clients and brands through an extensive operation and a large selection of premium product and ingredient offerings.DescriptionCoordinate with Supply Planner and Customer Care team to support customer orders.Check and monitor production planning to ensure there is sufficient inventory for delivery.Coordinate with the external / internal warehouse for issuing of shipping documents, finished goods transfer, monitoring the processing of container loading and dispatch from system, etc.Coordinate with freight forwarder regarding the movement of containers provide shipping documents (Delivery note, commercial Invoice) for shipment as and when required.Coordinate with Quality Department for COA (Certificate of Analysis) as per shipment requirement and ensure stock release updates in the system.Creation of delivery notes, commercial invoices, packing list for outbound shipments,Prepare and circulate dispatch plan internally with key stake holders Weekly and Monthly.Update export weekly booking summary.Coordinate with transporter for truck booking / Shipping agent for container booking.Generate shipment completion report.Application for Health Certificates, Certificate of Origin for export shipments.Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport cost and efficiency.ProfileBachelors degree requiredMinimum 3 years of working experience in logistics / Shipping / export function English and Arabic proficiencyGood working knowledge of ERP and MS Office application skills.Experience in SAP PP module is highly beneficialJob OfferAttractive salary packageOpportunity with a global company
