Job Description

Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive logistics and customs expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You?ll work alongside detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive teammates. Youll play a pivotal role in streamlining our import procedures, ensuring the seamless coordination of shipment statuses with suppliers. Day-to-day, you?ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Procurement, Legal, and Operations), organize and compile documents required for imports/exports, and much more.We?ll look to you for:Coordinate with customs, port, and airport authorities for processing bill of entry and warehousing goods,Liaise with freight forwarders, steamer agents, and container agents to ensure timely clearance of material,Organize and arrange material transportation from vendors premises, airport, port, warehouse, or local vendors to the destination,Ascertain applicable duties and taxes for import and export processes,Monitor and follow-up on transportation status to ensure timely and safe delivery of material,Maintain accurate records of all import and export documentation,Ensure compliance with international and local customs regulations,Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations,Resolve any arising issues or delays in the customs clearance and transportation processesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
