We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team. As the Training Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of our training programs. You will be responsible for coordinating and administering various training activities, including managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and evaluating program effectiveness.The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as experience managing training programs. You should have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and be able to develop and implement engaging training materials. The Training Coordinator should be a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and implementation of training programs and initiativesCoordinate training schedules and ensure trainers are available on the designated datesCollaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modulesArrange training logistics, such as venue bookings, travel arrangements, and equipment setupTrack and monitor participants progress, providing support and guidance as neededEvaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and participant feedbackMaintain accurate training records and prepare reports for managementCollaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps
