Supervision of all the issues related to on board operation, including passengers, auxiliary services and managing any event or incidence that could happen during his or her time work.Customer assistance, information and managementon board of the trainsin Stationplatforms and paid areas.Customer flows and access control management and supervision.Supervision of the provision of services on board of the trains according to the procedures and specifications of the services to be provided, guaranteeing the quality and efficiency of these services, especially as regards refers to catering services and cafeteria.Supervision of the correct arrangement of the trains for the provision of commercial service.Supervision of the tickets and seatsassignment as well as incident resolution.Trains on boardCustomerassistance systems operation: PAS, PIS,multimedia, Air Conditioning; etc.Management ofticketssaleson board of the trains.Ensure the linkage, coordination and information flow with the Station Operations Managementand the Station Operations Supervisor at the Operations Control Center (OCC), as well as the timely and accurate implementation of their instructions (as required).Coordinate the commercial operation (services to passengers)on board of the trainswith security and civil protection functions and staff, as well as coordination with OCC staff in charge.Reporting on commercial operations activities and incidences, in accordance with the prescribed models and reporting templates.Collaborate withotherHaramainrailwayemployees on incident management on board of the trains, access controls, platforms, etc.Incident Managementon board of the trains andin Stationsplatforms.Coordinate the works of any of the company contractorson board of the trains andin the station. E.g. food and beverage service.Any other commercial or coordination activity required to guarantee the service, security and safety of the customers on board of the trains and in station platforms and paid areas.Any other commercial and customer assistance tasks in the stations and/or on the trains.
