Customer assistance, information, and management in Stations.Customer queries and claims management regarding:oSchedules and prices.oTypes of trains/Cabin.oFare conditions.oServices on board the trains.oServices in the stations.oAfter-sales conditions, giving information to the customer on how to use the online form, facilitating the email address or the web page enabled for it and the procedures if requested.oOthers.Customer flows and access control management and supervision.Incident Management in Stations.Station Passenger assistance systems operation: PAS, PIS, AFC; etc.General customer service administration duties.Report on places and events both of local interest and related to the service.The Station Commercial Operator in charge of sales performs the operations with tickets at the Ticketing Desk mainly equipped with a Ticket Office Machine (TOM).At the sale ticket stands are made the operations of sales, changes and cancellations of transport tickets, by the Station Commercial Operator in a face-to-face manner with the customer.Any other commercial and customer assistance tasks in the stations and/or on the trains.
