JThe role holder is responsible for TIP Programs Design activities such as, designing career paths for talent program, initiating educational programs, needed training and department?s rotations. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure.- Facilitates the articulation and implementation of an effective learning and development strategy in order to upgrade and maintain the knowledge, skills and competencies of employees.- Administrates creation of developmental plans for all the participants of talent assessment, basis assessment results, and manager feedback and performance data.- Facilitates trainings to relevant internal stakeholders on effective mentoring and coaching process, in order to ensure that all critical and high potential talent is effectively managed within STC.- Administrates and maintains TIP program?s governance based on design and guiding principles.- Collaborates with all stakeholders Career/OD, BPs, and business for the identification of fresh graduate needs based on strategic level.- Develops and maintains TIP detailed model, tools, guidelines and standardized templates for the program.- Administrates TIP Program database and periodically review to ensure they are in line with stc business requirements.- Collaborates with Assessment Center for the identification of the best practice tools and techniques of business, behavioural and critical thinking assessments.- Develops IDP?s standardized templates based on best practice for program?s participants.- Collaborates with BP?s and STC Academy to execute individual development plans of program?s participants.- Governs and decide the right action on all TIP related activity starting from demand, selection, development, and engagement. - Follows-up on TIP program life-cycle progress to ensure alignment with talent strategy.- Performs other responsibilities and tasks related to the job as directed by line manager.
