Job Description

  • Responsible for all 1st level technical problem solving and maintenance.
  • Replacement of defective sub-assemblies.
  • Preventive maintenance.
  • Corrective maintenance.
  • Regular system backup.
  • Troubleshooting 1st/2nd level network issues.
  • Help-Desk support.
  • Installation and integration activities when needed.
  • Formatting and filling related documentations (Airbus / customer).
  • Regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • System Monitoring and testing.
  • Member of 24/7 on call support service.
