Job Description

Testing & Commissioning Manager | Al Futtaim Real Estate | Al Futtaim Engineering & TechnologiesOverview of the role :ÿThe Testing & Commissioning Manager takes the lead in coordinating and managing trades within the construction project. By collaborating closely with the Project team, the candidate ensures the successful execution of all trade activities, as well as system testing and commissioning processes.ÿWhat you will do?ÿ

  • Support and supervise various trades, especially specialists (, FLS, ELV, BMS, Security, Access Control, etc.)
  • Supervise and coordinate with QAQC and HSE Managers to ensure goals are met.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities and the testing and commissioning
  • Manage Testing Commissioning Agents activities end to end
  • Plan, lead, monitor and manage the the Authority applications, inspections and approvals Represent on behalf of the Employer and PMC
  • Identify, Assess and prioritize the risk to the project, and report the consequences
  • Technically asses the variations/Value Engineering /Change Management (), regulations by local authorities and advise, as best practicable, on cost and time impact.
  • Monitor the planned submissions dates and records delays if any, and follow up materials procurements and delivery.
