Supervise, coordinate, and manage the commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment on-site.
Perform functional testing, system integration, and commissioning activities, ensuring all systems operate according to design specifications and industry standards.
Ensure testing and commissioning activities are carried out in compliance with the project?s scope, timeline, and safety requirements.
Prepare and review commissioning procedures and documentation.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the commissioning phase and provide technical solutions.
Documentation & Reporting:
Develop and maintain detailed records of testing and commissioning activities, including reports, logs, and checklists.
Prepare and submit all necessary documentation related to the testing and commissioning phase for handover to the client or relevant stakeholders.
Ensure that all testing and commissioning activities are documented according to project requirements and industry standards.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with the project management team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of commissioning activities.
Coordinate with other departments, such as design, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure the timely completion of all required commissioning tasks.
Conduct training sessions for operators and end-users on the operation and maintenance of commissioned systems.
Quality Assurance & Safety:
Ensure that all commissioning work is performed in accordance with established quality standards and specifications.
Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations during the testing and commissioning processes.
Conduct risk assessments and contribute to the development of safety plans.
Client Interaction:
Attend client meetings and provide updates on the progress of testing and commissioning activities.
Address any technical issues or concerns raised by the client and work towards resolving them in a timely manner.
