Job Description

We are looking for experienced qualified Cost Estimators, Tendering Engineers to strengthen our bidding department on full-time basis and to be part of our core team in head office at JeddahResponsibilities:

  1. Receive, review and study of tender documents including terms and conditions, scope of work, drawings and bill of quantities and specifications.
  2. Collect, co-ordinate the prepare of bid queries.
  3. Prepare and estimate of all direct costs including workmanship, equipment, materials and others for its final review and approval by the upper management.
  4. Prepare, co-ordinate and send RFQs and collect quotations from vendors and compare cost/price of materials and equipment and evaluate them against tender specifications.
  5. Prepare technical proposal and presentations.
  6. Attend site visits, pre and post tender meetings with the clients and consultants.
  7. . Prepare quantities take offs and breakdown of costs.
  8. Receive, review of Q&As, addendums, amendments including specification, drawings and other information and reflect them into the project estimates.
  9. Prepare or assist in preparing the time schedule and cash flow charts,
