Job Description

Works proactively towards cost target objectives in collaboration with others and have strong analytical and math skills.Work on all aspects of cost management, planning and estimating inception of project through completionRead and understand the RFQ?s and specifications.

  • Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs
  • Maintain records of Materials ordered and received
  • Responsible for costing the offer.
  • Coordinating with site Engineers and Project Manager
  • Provide detail Bill of Quantities for tendering and construction administration
  • Tender and estimate analysis and evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain accurate cost reporting.
  • Develops and installs clerical and office procedures and practices, and studies work flow, sequence of operations
  • Verify claims and payments throughout the design and contract stages
  • Prepare and compile budget and financial report for monthly progress claims.
  • Perform site visit for progress billing or variation evaluation as necessary
  • Perform quantity take off of materials, labor and equipment and prepare estimates in compliance with the bid documents
  • Conducts ocular inspection which shall be used for the preparation of estimates and bidding.
  • Track changes in plans or constructions; update budgets
