Tenant Attraction Lead - Autonomous & Sustainable Mobility

They are currently looking for a Tenant Attraction Lead - Autonomous & Sustainable Mobility to be based in Saudi Arabia.Duties & Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing processes and tools supporting investment attraction
• Support the development of the Manufacturing Investor Attraction functions strategy, annual plans, and estimated budget in alignment with clients overall strategy, business- and development plan for the Autonomous & Sustainable Mobility manufacturing cluster
• Support in preparing regular reports of the functions activities, achievements, and suggestions for performance development, focusing on the Autonomous & Sustainable Mobility manufacturing cluster
• Help identify, recruit and develop resources to drive the mandate of the Manufacturing Investor Attraction function
• Support the establishment and development of the Manufacturing Investor Attraction program with a focus on the Autonomous & Sustainable Mobility manufacturing cluster
• Identify target tenants and develop customized value propositions and conduct pitches
• Conduct deep dive on the specifics of the industry to understand industry dynamics, drivers of localization, market opportunities in GCC
• Collaborate with leaders of Investor Attraction of other sectors / industries
• Attend international conferences and build relationships across international networks and business communities to identify, engage with and attract potential tenants
• Ensure complete partner focus and quality of interactions, representing client in the best way
• Support initial discussions through to the next step of structured negotiations
• Map out the business opportunities and competitive advantage for tenants in the Autonomous & Sustainable Mobility industry
• Support the development of full business proposals facilitating the process for both parties
• Support tenants in the development of both legal and non-legal details

• Bachelors degree/ preferably a masters from an accredited university in Business or Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• Masters in Business Administration is an added advantage
• Proven experience in business development and sales management within the Mobility industry
• Passionate about Autonomous & Sustainable Mobility and with a solid understanding of the associated value chains and industry players
• Strong negotiation capabilities and experience from managing external relationships and complex deals/projects
• Strong team player
• Good interpersonal skills and Senior Management Experience from Industry to enable engagement with Senior Executives with a view to developing business opportunities through to MoUs and legally binding agreements in conjunction with the Executive Management
• Good business acumen, financial & economic analysis/development, abstract problem solving and logical reasoning. Preferred experience from strategic or business consulting
• Strong presentation skills, presentation preparation and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
