Job Description

Responsible for selling our services where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. The telesales executive should be passionate about motorcycling to be persuasive while communication with the targeted customers and able to follow sales scripts as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Responsibilities

  • Handling all the customers? inquiries that are generated through our social media accounts.
  • Calling customers to follow up on their inquiries, provide them with all information they need and persuade them to purchase companys products and/or services.
  • Accurately recording details of customers? data and process the required customer?s qualification.
  • Processing all sales procedures accordingly.
  • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage them to give positive feedback to others about company services.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers needs and preferences.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Experience
  • Proven experience working in sales. A telesales experience is preferred.
  • A good knowledge about the motorcycles riding hobby and related business is a candidate?s selection advantage.ÿÿÿ
