You will be responsible for:Perform routine/ basic inspection and maintenance of equipment in line with defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) and instructions from superiors to support integrity and reliability.Perform Preventive and corrective repairs on assigned equipment ? in various disciplines.Provide prompt response to equipment service requests within the guidelines and standards of maintenance to ensure timely and effective up time.perform electrical equipment inspections, renovations, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.perform Instrumentation inspections, calibration, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.Report any deficiencies on simple equipment through proper communication channels and reporting.Support the operating unit during minor and major turn-around shutdown and start-up activities to support timely completion of tasks.Minimum Qualification:Diploma of Electrical/Instrumentation Technology.Minimum Experience:6 years of experience or more in heavy industries.Required Skills:Repairing a variety of Electrical equipmentKnowledge of repairing different Instruments and calibration of instrumentsKnowledge of HV/MV/LV panel repair and maintenanceKnowledge of analyser calibrationGood knowledge of load cells, scale and all measuring devicesAbility to Identify faults or hazards andSolid understanding of equipment troubleshooting system failures and rectification.Full Knowledge of maintenance of electrical equipment and InstrumentsWork independently and is reviewed infrequently with minimal supervisionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSafety Awareness and responsible work attitudeAnalytical approach to problem-solvingAbility to work at heights and cramped spacesKnowledge of automation and PLC systems is an added advantage.Ability to read wiring diagrams and P&IDKnowledge of field instruments.Full Knowledge of HV, MV LV substation panel maintenance and operationExcellent in reading electrical drawing and single line diagrams.Good experience on maintenance of MCC components, VSDs , cabling , lighting .Good experience on repair and maintenance of different types of instrumentation (flow, pressure, TC).Good experience on control valves types, pneumatic networks components troubleshootingGood experience on analyzers calibration and troubleshooting, CO , O2.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
