The Technician at EWC is responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairingcompany products and equipment at customer sites or in-house facilities. The role ensures thattechnical support is provided promptly and professionally, contributing to customer satisfactionand smooth after-sales service operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Installation & Commissioning? Install and commission machinery, equipment, and systems supplied by EWC atcustomer locations.? Ensure correct setup and safe operation according to technical manuals and companyguidelines.? Perform testing and calibration after installation to ensure optimal functionality.2. Maintenance & Repairs? Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on installed equipment as per schedule.? Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or electronic faults.? Perform timely repairs and component replacements to minimize downtime.3. Service Support? Respond to customer service calls, both scheduled and emergency, for technical support.? Coordinate with the Service Supervisor and Service Coordinator for task planning andexecution.? Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding operation, safety, andupkeep of the equipment.4. Documentation & Reporting? Maintain service logs, job sheets, and inspection reports for all work performed.? Record spare parts used and any issues identified during service visits.? Submit service reports to the Service Supervisor or relevant department on time.5. Inventory & Tools Management? Ensure availability and proper usage of tools, testing instruments, and spare parts.? Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the service area and company tools.6. Compliance andSafety? Follow company safety policies and procedures at all job sites.? Ensure compliance with local regulatory standards and manufacturer guidelines during allservice tasks.? Identify and report any hazards or unsafe practices immediately.7. Team Support? Assist senior engineers or supervisors during complex installations or repairs.? Participate in technical training sessions to enhance skills and stay up to date with newproduct developments.? Support warehouse or workshop tasks as assigned by the manager.Additional Duties:? Perform any other technical or service-related assignments as instructed by the EWCManagement to achieve departmental or organizational goals.Education required : DAE- 3-5 Years experienceSalary-1500-2200 sarRequired for Riyadh, Jeddah,Tabuk.
