DWF are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join their Legal Ops & Tech Consultancy Team. The candidate would ideally be based in our Riyadh office and will be regularly required to attend client premises around the Middle East Region to offer technical support.This role will be working within a team that provides legal operations and legal tech consultancy services to DWFs clients and will act as the first point of contact for the sales team supporting with new and existing customers.The sales and project teams offer support clients in delivering their operational transformation projects, mapping existing workflows, identifying process improvements and the technology tools that will be best suited to their use cases and project managing the implementation of such changes. This role will be responsible for managing sales tracking tools and CRM, liaising with the teams to ensure deals are progressing according to schedule and collaborating with the marketing function to generate and distribute leads across the sales team.We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a similar role who has hands-on experience with CRM systems as well as proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
