Limited Contract | Technical Engineer - ELV/GRMS | AFET, KSAOverview of the role:Leading the implementation of ELV/GRMS systems. Assisting the project manager, working along with various internal & external project stakeholders in delivering the project.ÿThe ELV/GRMS Commissioning Engineer is responsible for installing, modifying, repairing, maintaining, and Testing GRMS and Lighting Systems. This includes the system programming, installation & terminations of devices, testing, overseeing the work of other technicians, surveying work sites, coordinating workflows, provide on the job training to other technicians as needed.ÿWhat you will do:?ÿÿÿTo commission and quality assure ELV and GRMS installations to an excellent standard.ÿ?ÿÿÿPrepare system configuration,ÿProgramming & operational documentation and ensure a fully functional GRMS system?ÿÿÿPreparing related handover and operations Manuals.?ÿÿÿTesting & Commissioning, Configuration of AV and Unified Communication equipment & software at the customers site according to project documentation and project schedule;ÿ?ÿÿÿShould have in-depth knowledge of Audio-Visual programming using the latest Extron, Crestron, QSC, Biamp, BSS, and other AV control processors.ÿ?ÿÿÿResolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.?ÿÿÿResponsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and setting up of all Audio Video Systems as required following drawings & schematics.ÿ?ÿÿÿConduct the inspection, repair, upgrading, planned & reactive maintenance of AUDIO & VIDEO systems.?ÿÿÿCheck AV systems; identify malfunction, troubleshoot, first instance diagnosis, and take appropriate action to rectify system and equipment.?ÿÿÿOperate hand tools and equipment necessary to perform all associated tasks.
