A Technical Engineer provides technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions for products, systems, or services. This role bridges the gap between engineering, production, and customer support, ensuring technical issues are resolved efficiently and product or service quality is maintained.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to internal teams, clients, or end-users.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve product or system-related issues.Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment or systems.Collaborate with design, R&D, and project teams to address technical requirements.Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and reports.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).2–4 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.Proficiency in technical tools and software related to the field (e.g., CAD, PLC, etc.).Knowledge of industry standards and safety practices.
