Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bidding process for technical projects.
Analyze bid requirements and specifications to develop comprehensive and compliant proposals.
Prepare and submit technical proposals and ensure alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and other technical teams to gather and understand project specifications.
Develop technical content, including project scopes, technical solutions, and methodologies.
Ensure all technical documents are accurate, clear, and meet client expectations.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the bidding process.
Address technical queries and provide clarifications as needed.
Maintain strong client relationships and manage client expectations throughout the bid process.

Lead the development of technical sections of proposals, including technical approach, project management plans, and risk management strategies.
Ensure proposals are competitive and demonstrate the company?s technical strengths and capabilities.

Review and ensure that all bids comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
Implement quality control procedures to ensure proposals meet the highest standards of accuracy and completeness.

Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and understand industry trends.
Monitor competitors? activities and strategies to inform proposal development and improve competitive positioning.
