Job Description

Nashirnet is a cloud hosting provider based in Riyadh. We are seeking a technical support engineer with experience in Network Security and cloud hosting environment and excellent technical skills to be able to provide support to our customers.Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and define system security requirements, and all the other job related.
  • Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols.
  • Conducting Penetration Testing, Risk assessment and incident response services.
  • Establish proper controls with the aim to proactively safeguard sensitive and confidential data.
  • Ensure the implementation of cybersecurity policies, processes, and procedures as required and use best practices and standards recommended by National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA).
  • Identify, plan, design, and document network and security initiatives in support of Enterprise Network, Wi-Fi, Unified Communications, Data Centre and Cloud solutions.
  • Monitor and manage the overall security posture using appropriate tools and technologies.
  • Produces and Maintain network High-Level and Low-Level design documentation
  • Identifying, Troubleshooting and fixing Server hardware and software problems.
  • Identifying, Troubleshooting and fixing Network problems.
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software.
  • Replying to customer technical requests.
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
  • Testing and evaluating new technologies.
  • Monitoring systems and applications.
