Join us and lets get started. An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader in Structural to be based on the NEOM project. The Team Leader will be responsible to lead the team to produce the design information and coordinate with the relevant design disciplines. He/She will be responsible to provide technical reviews and quality management, share technical expertise and experience with others in the company via internal technical communication and presentations.

• Performs various responsibilities for a specific technical group or department.
• Has full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating technical assignments.
• Generally requires multi-disciplinary knowledge of engineering.
• Plans and develops engineering tasks concerned with unique or controversial problems. This involves exploration of subject area, definition of scope and selection of problems for investigation and development of novel concepts and approaches.
• Maintains liaison with units within the organization and individuals inside and outside of the organization.
• Responsible for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to the field. Work at this level usually requires extensive progressive experience.
• Works under minimal supervision. Supervision received is essentially administrative with assignments given in terms of broad general objectives and limits.
• Supervises group of engineers and/or technicians, coordinating activities of the unit.

QualificationsMinimum Requirements :

• Must have minimum of 15+ years of hands on extensive experience in Structural Engineers of Bridges and buildings.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering from an accredited University a relevant subject such as Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Master of Science/Engineering is preferred, PhD is highly preferred
• Chartered Engineer (MIStructE, or C.Eng. from UK) or Professional Engineer (PE from USA) is highly preferred.
• PMP or equivalent Project management certificate is preferred.
