Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education to students. Your role will involve assisting with lesson preparation, engaging in classroom activities, and providing individualized help to students when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students lives.Responsibilities

  • Assist the teacher in developing and implementing lesson plans
  • Support the teacher in maintaining discipline and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment
  • Help students with their assignments and provide individualized instruction when needed
  • Assist with grading and evaluating students work
  • Collaborate with the teacher to identify and address students learning needs
  • Monitor and record students progress and communicate with parents and caregivers
  • Supervise students during lunch breaks, recess, and other non-classroom activities
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Education or related field
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and the ability to adapt to different learning styles
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of instructional techniques and strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
