Talent Management Section ManagerCompany: El Seif Engineering Contracting Co.Department: HR Center of ExcellenceReports To: HR Center of Excellence DirectorOverview:The Talent Management Manager plays a critical role in, developing, and retaining top talent within our organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with our overall business goals. This includes overseeing, performance management, training and development, career development, and succession planning.Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management:
  • Design and implement a performance management system aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Identify and develop high-potential employees.
  • Needs Assessment:
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify current and future skill gaps and learning needs across the organization.
  • Conduct data analysis and research industry trends to inform training and development priorities.
  • Program Development & Delivery:
  • Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs,leveraging diverse delivery methods (e.g.,in-person training,online courses,mentoring,coaching).
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts,external trainers,and vendors to ensure program quality and align with industry best practices.
  • Manage the development and implementation of the learning management system (LMS).
  • Program Evaluation & Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis,participant feedback,and performance metrics.
  • Measure the return on investment (ROI) of learning and development initiatives.
  • Recommend and implement program improvements based on evaluation findings.
  • Leadership Development:
  • Create and deliver targeted leadership development programs to equip high-potential employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in leadership roles.
  • Facilitate leadership coaching and mentoring initiatives.
  • Career Development:
  • Work with employees to develop individual development plans.
  • Provide career counseling and coaching.
  • Identify and implement career progression opportunities within the company.
  • Succession Planning:
  • Identify and develop key talent for critical positions.
  • Develop succession plans for key roles.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of leadership when necessary.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the budget for talent management activities.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage and lead talent management projects on time and within budget.
  • Stay Informed:
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in talent management.
  • Network with other professionals in the field.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in human resources management,Business Administration,or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a talent management role.
  • Strong understanding of talent development,performance management,training and development,career development,and succession planning.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication,interpersonal,and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs.
  • Proven experience with needs assessment, program evaluation, and data analysis.
  • Proficient in learning management systems, project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR software.
Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management.
  • Experience with blended learning approaches and technology integration in training programs.
  • Experience with developing leadership development programs.
  • Knowledge of performance management practices.
