What you will be doing:
  • Responsible for overall recruitment, including preparing job descriptions, analysing job requirements and finalising candidates. Design and implementation of sourcing strategy.
  • Ensuring compliance of SOPs and company policies.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, department filing.
  • Organizes and integrate files
  • Be knowledgeable of the Company benefit programs and be able to answer common employee questions
  • Create department reports, graphs, and presentation materials, maintain HR logs.
  • Responsible for job functions of the Human Resources Department including staffing, employee relations, safety, record retention.
Your experience and skills include:
  • Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management is an asset
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English/Arabic language
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Team player.
